Avoid poorly ventilated locations.
The copier generates ozone while it is in use. However, the amount generated is not enough
to affect the human body. Nevertheless, fumes may be an annoyance if you make a large
amount of copies or use the copier for an extended period of time in a poorly ventilated room.
It is recommended that you ventilate the room to make the working environment as
comfortable as possible.

Avoid locations where a considerable amount of dust accumulates.
Avoid locations where ammonia gas is emitted.
Avoid locations near volatile or flammable materials, such as alcohol or paint thinner.
Avoid locations that are subject to vibration.
For example, avoid installing the copier on unstable floors or stands.
