Lift up the feeder.

Open the cover along the left side by lifting at the centre of the cover, then
remove the jammed original.

Lower the feeder.

Follow the instructions on the touch panel display.

If the touch panel display continues to show paper jams in the feeder, check the feeder again for
originals that may still be remaining inside the mechanism of the feeder.
