Service Call Message

If a malfunction occurs and the copier cannot operate normally, a screen like the one shown
below is displayed. Follow the instructions given.

Do not insert or unplug the power plug with wet hands, as this may result in an electrical
shock.
CAUTION
•
Always grasp the plug portion when unplugging the power cord. Pulling on the power cord
may expose or snap the core wire, or otherwise damage the power cord. If the cord is
damaged, electricity may leak and result in a fire or electrical shock.

Turn the power switch off, then turn the power switch back on.
IMPORTANT
•
Even if the copier operates normally after the power switch is turned off and then on again, the colour
of the first output copy after that may not be crisp.
