Job Accounting (Local)

You can add, change and delete an account and set the restriction for each account.

Adding an Account

Up to 100 individual accounts can be added. The following entries are required.

Display the screen.

[System Menu/Counter] key > [ ] [ ] key > [User/Job Account] > [OK] key
NOTE
If the User Authentication screen appears, log in with a user who has the privilege to configure this
setting. If you do not know your login User Name or Password, please contact your Administrator.

[ ] [ ] key > [Job Account.Set.] > [OK] key > [ ] [ ] key > [Account. List] > [OK] key > [Menu] >
[ ] [ ] key > [Add Account] > [OK] key

Enter the account information.

NOTE

Enter the account ID > [OK] key
NOTE
Any "Account ID" that has already registered cannot be used. Enter any other account ID.

To apply restriction to the account ID, select [ ] [ ] key > [Detail] > [OK] key.
To exit the operation, select

Check the account name and account ID and set the use restrictions.
To change the details, select [Edit], enter the information and then select the [OK] key. Select the

A new account is added on the account list.
Enter the account name (up to 32 characters).
Enter the account ID as many as eight digits (between 0 and 99999999).
This prohibits printing/scanning or restricts the number of sheets to load.
