Stop secondary network elements

Stop secondary network elements from the MCS Management Console.
Approximate time estimate = 10 minutes
Stop network elements on secondary servers in the following order:
1. Secondary UFTP
2. Secondary IP Client Manager
3. Secondary Provisioning Manager
4. Secondary Session Manager

Action
Log on to the MCS Management Console as admin.
Expand the Network Elements folder.
Expand the Provisioning Managers folder.
Expand the folder for the primary Provisioning Manager.
Click the NE Maintenance node.
Select an instance in the OFFLINE state and click the Start button.
When the instance starts, the state changes to ACTIVE.
Action
Log on to the Management Console as admin.
Expand the Network Elements folder.
Expand the folder for the type of network element you want to stop.
