Restore the primary MCS online Help

Restore the primary MCS online Help on the primary Provisioning Manager
Server.
Approximate time estimate = 10 minutes
In the following procedure <onlinehelp_name> represents the
name of the online Help. The format of <onlinehelp_name> is:
MCP-OnlineHelp_9.x.x.x_YYYY-MM-DD-HHMM.

Note: The primary Provisioning Manager must be stopped when the
primary MCS online Help is restored.
Action
Log on to the primary Provisioning Manager Server as sysadmin.
Place the DVD with the previous load in the DVD-ROM drive.
Mount the DVD-ROM drive:
su root -c "mount /mnt/cdrom"
View the contents of OnlineHelp directory on the DVD:
ls /mnt/cdrom/OnlineHelp
Copy the online Help:
su nortel –c
"cp /mnt/cdrom/OnlineHelp/<onlinehelp_name>.zip
/var/mcp/loads"
Unmount the DVD-ROM drive:
su root –c "umount /mnt/cdrom"
Extract the DVD from the DVD-ROM drive.
Log off as sysadmin:
exit
Log on to the Provisioning Manager Server as nortel.
Determine the installation directory:
ls /var/mcp/run/MCP_9.1/
Depending on the type of installation, the installation directory is
either PROV1_0 or PROVM1_0.
Change the directory:
Nortel Multimedia Communication Server 5100
