Deploy and start primary network elements

Deploy and start primary network elements from the MCS Management Console.
Approximate time estimate = 15 minutes
The following table shows how primary network elements are deployed
on primary servers.

1. Secondary Accounting Manager
2. Primary Session Manager
3. Primary Provisioning Manager (Deploy only. Do not start until the online

Locate the license key file using the Select License key file window,
and then click Open.
Click Apply.
