Restoring, deploying, and starting secondary network elements

Note: The secondary Accounting Manager must be stopped before the
primary Accounting Manager is started.
Action
Log on to the Management Console as admin.
Expand the Network Elements folder.
Expand the folder for the type of network element you want to restore.
Expand the folder for the specific network element you want to
restore.
Click the Instance node.
Select an instance and click the Edit button.
Select a Base Load and click Apply.
Close the Instance window.
Click the NE Maintenance node.
Select an instance in the CONFIGURED state and click the Deploy
button.
When the instance deploys, the state changes to OFFLINE.
Select the instance and click the Start button.
When the instance starts, the state changes to ACTIVE.
