8-28 Entering Ladder Programs
To enter consecutive elements in the chart, enter the first one as directed
above. Then press RETURN. For example, after entering X1, Press
RETURN; and X2 is displayed.
This function key is only available when the rungs of the
WORDS
F7
ladder program are on the screen. When enabled, this key
allows you to place three variables on the bottom of the
screen so that you may see their status as the program is
executed. When the WORDS function key is pressed, the
following keys become available:
Using the arrow keys, position the cursor over the desired field. Press the
function key corresponding to the specific element that is to be put on the
screen. After the element is chosen, the format for the element can be
changed by moving the cursor to the area after the "=" sign. Finally, when
all three words have been chosen, press the EXIT function key to complete
the operation.
