Using VPU200 Support Functions
To leave this auxiliary function, press the EXIT (F1) function key. This will
return the system to the menu displaying the available functions.
Functions 31–37: The remaining functions on page 1 of the support menu
clear P/C memory as indicated by their names. After the number of the
auxiliary function is entered by pressing the Return key, the screen will
repeat the name of the function and ask whether you are sure you wish that
function performed.
If you press the F1 (NO) function key, the system will abort the function and
return to the menu showing the available functions. If you press the F2
(YES) function key, the system will begin the requested function. When the
requested function is complete, the system will return to the menu showing
the available auxiliary function keys.
Function 81: Function 81 ("Select P/C Mode") is available to set the P/C
operating mode to Program or Run. After Function 81 is selected, the
function keys appear as shown and described below.
Pressing F1 leaves the Function 81 operation and returns
EXIT

to the previous display.
Pressing F2 changes the system to RUN mode. In the Run
RUN

Mode, the program is executed; and I/O are updated.
Pressing F3 switches the system to Program Freeze mode.

In the Program Freeze mode, all outputs cease changing
and remain in the state they were prior to pressing F3.
Pressing F4 places the system in Program Off mode. In the
PGMOFF

Program Off mode, discrete outputs are set to zero, and
word outputs are frozen (remain in the state they were
when F4 was pressed).
