To change a preset, first press the appropriate function key.
The prompt line will change to show the choice made. Next,
type the identifying number of the parameter. (Note that
for a DCP value, you must enter both the number of the
drum and the number of the step. The first prompt will be
for the drum number; to find the prompt for the step
number, press the right arrow key. You may return to the
original prompt by pressing the left arrow key. This applies
to event drum presets only.) After this, move the cursor to
the space next to the parameter and type the preset value
for the parameter. Finally, press the Return key to complete
the operation.

alter a chart. When the function key is pressed, the
following choices will be displayed:
These choices allow you to perform specific operations on the chart. The
"CLRCHT" (CLeaR CHarT) function key removes all entries from the chart.
When it is pressed, the system will first ask if you are sure you wish to
destroy the chart. Pressing the function key for NO will halt the operation;
pressing the function key for YES will proceed with the operation and clear
the chart. If you would rather remove only an entry from the chart, use the
"CLRLOC" (CLeaR LOCation) function key. This will delete the entire entry
under the cursor.
The remaining function keys are used to place I/O elements into the chart.
"BITIO" is used to create X, Y, or C entries in the chart; "CPWDS" is used to
enter the parameters for timers, counters and drums into the chart;
"WORD" is used to select the type of word which will appear in the I/O
chart.
Creating an entry is the same for each. First, press the desired function key.
Next type the identifying number and select the format for the element
chosen. If you wish to put other elements in the chart, press the function
keys for these and identify the elements with a number. When all entries
are typed into the chart, press the EXIT function key to save the chart and
complete the operation.
