The AFTER function key will cause ".PA." to appear on the first line to
indicate that the command is in effect. This command will cause the printer
to skip to the beginning of the next page once the rung and comment are
printed.
The BEFORE function key will cause ".PB." to appear on the first line to
indicate that the command is in effect. This command will cause the printer
to skip to the beginning of a page before beginning the printing of the rung
and comment.
The DEL (DELete) function key removes an AFTER or BEFORE command
from a comment. When it is pressed, ".PA." or ".PB." will disappear from the
first line of the comment to indicate that the paging command is no longer
in effect.
After the paging command is entered, move to the line below the paging
command and type the comment. Note that any blank lines or extra spaces
between words will be retained; the system will not remove these blanks.
The way it looks when typed is the way it will look when shown on the
screen or when printed. The asterisk (*) will keep moving as you type the
comment and will serve as the marker to indicate the end of the comment.
When you have completed the comment, press the ENTER function key to
complete the operation. The comment will remain, but the prompt for
selecting the output element will reappear with the output element
incremented by one. You may continue creating comments or press the EXIT
(F1) function key to leave the COMMENT operation.
