Replace Temp sensor

Clean filter - Ensure air flow
around chiller
Adjust Argon Ratio
Use Fresh calibration solution
Purge gas contaminated. Verify
using Polyalign. Should be no
peaks with Shutter closed.
Switch off Chiller and wait 30
minutes and then retry.
Optimize Pre Optics using Mn
Line
Realign Polychromator including
Focus
Replace Camera as a last resort
Increase purge time, Ensure
Boost purge, cone and snout
purge are on.
Clean or replace Axial or Radial
Windows
Check for grommet sealing
around Optics and no screws
missing
