Rectify
Torch injector blocked - Clean
Recalibrate Instrument
Prepare new standards
Replace Purge Filter
Purge for 4 hrs minimum and
ensure all purges are on
Replace Axial/Radial Windows
No Nebulizer gas due to fitting
not pushed home - Reseat
Nebulizer Blocked - Clean or
replace
No uptake due to wrong pump
pressure - adjust
Pump tubes stretched - Replace
Prepare new blank
Recalibrate Detector - Check for
light leak, shutter sticking
Realign Optics, Check Camera
offsets using PolyAlign S/W
Moisture in purge gas supply
(Argon) - Switch off chiller for
30mins to verify. Check with
Polyalign/LED on, no plasma
and 10ms integrate. There
should be no peaks, especially,
in the region 330-180nm (DLA
43 to 35)
