Cleaning the light barriers and sight glasses

1. Undo the cover.
2. Unscrew the top of the sight glass. Clean the sight
glass.
3. Replace the top of the sight glass and the cover.
4. Repeat at the front of the boiler.

Cleaning the pellet hopper

Note
The pellet hopper should be cleaned once per heating
season. We recommend cleaning the pellet hopper
before it is refilled.
1. Shut down the boiler.
2. Undo the maintenance cover of the pellet hopper.

5. Check the light barrier function in the "Diagnosis"
menu.
Note
Operating states, actuators and sensors can be
checked under "Diagnosis" in the "Service" menu.
See page 121.
3. Vacuum out remaining pellets and dust.
4. Remove the pellet hopper cover. Clean the filter
panel with a vacuum cleaner.
5. Replace the pellet hopper cover and the mainte-
nance cover.
