Checking the outputs (actuators)
Danger
Incorrectly connected actuators can cause dam-
age to the system.
During the actuator tests, check the respective
actuator carefully.
Danger
Activated charging devices (feed screw con-
veyor, screw conveyor, etc.) can cause block-
ages in the fuel discharge system during the
actuator test.
Activate charging devices only briefly.
!
Please note
The ignition element is damaged by overheat-
ing.
Always ensure that the combustion chamber
door and the covers on the boiler body are
closed during start-up and heating operation. If
the combustion chamber door or any covers are
open, the ignition element does not receive the
required air supply.
Diagnosis and service scans
Note
Check temperature values or states of all inputs for
"function and logic".
Examples of "function and logic":
Are the temperature values of the sensors in the nor-
mal range?
Is the state of the maintenance cover (open or
closed) correct?
Is the state of the light barrier (free or interrupted)
correct?
Residual oxygen content OK?

Note
The actuator test can only be carried out when the
boiler is "turned off" (START/STOP button is not illumi-
nated).
Depending on boiler size and settings, other actuators
may be available.
Each term on the display is followed by the action of
the corresponding actuator, which will be carried out. If
not action or the wrong action appears, check the cor-
responding electrical connection.
Automatic overfill protection is disabled during the
actuator tests.
The following displays appear in sequence:
"General"
"Boiler"
"Charging"
"Additional boiler"
"Heating circuit 1"
"Heating circuit 2"
"Heating circuit 3"
"Heating circuit 4"
"DHW"
"DHW circulation"
