Making the connections on the heating water side

1. Install and seal the sensor well of the thermally
activated safety valve at the back of the boiler.
2. Connect the safety heat exchanger.

Please note
Cables can be damaged by other components.
Cables must never touch motors or hot boiler
parts.
Route cables so that they do not hinder any
maintenance work.
Keep cables away from moving parts.
Use the cable ties supplied.
Note
Install accessories and other components for the boiler
and connect the associated external and internal
cables now, so that casings installed later will not have
to be removed again.

2. Route internal and external cables and secure to
retaining brackets with cable ties.
Note
Route internal and external cables to go through
the cable entry. The cable entry is only present
after the casing has been fitted.
3. Ensure cables are routed to the appropriate side of
the control unit enclosure.
Note
Route 230 V cables and LV leads separately and
bundle them close to the terminals. In the event of
a fault, e.g. if a wire comes loose, this will prevent
the wires moving into the adjacent voltage area.
