damage.

Any contamination of the system must be
removed prior to installation. Contamination
can accumulate on the valve seat and result in
a fault.
■
Install components in the correct sequence.
See diagram.
The thermally activated safety valve can be
■
installed in any position.
■
The arrow on the valve body indicates the
direction of flow.
■
The outlet is open to the atmosphere and must
not be closed off.
After installation, check that the valve is work-
■
ing correctly.
■
Do not loosen or tighten the nut on the red
operating button on the safety valve.
