Possible Causes
Shorted axle extend or retract
membrane on platform membrane
panel.
Axle extend or axle retract valve coils
circuits open or shorted to ground or
the coils are bad.
Up/down joystick not calibrated.
Open circuit between platform control
card and up/down joystick.
Shorted circuit between platform
control card and up/down joystick.
Damaged circuit between platform
control card and up/down joystick or
