Opening and closing
Restoring the factory settings
Press and hold both the Œ and ‹
buttons simultaneously for approxi-
mately six seconds until battery check
lamp 1 flashes twice.
Checking the battery
Press the ‹ or Œ button.
The battery in the KEYLESS GO key is
working if battery check lamp 1 lights
up briefly.

You could lock or unlock the vehicle acci-
dentally if you press the buttons on the KEYLESS
GO key.

Opening a door from the inside
You can open a door from the inside at any
time, even if it has been locked.
1 Inside door handle
2 Locking knob
Pull door handle 1.
Locking knob 2 pops up if the door
was locked. The door is unlocked and
can be opened.

If you open a door, the windows on this side
lower slightly. If you close the door, the windows
close again.
Opening the boot

Risk of poisoning
Always make sure that the boot lid is closed
when the engine is running. Exhaust fumes
could otherwise enter the vehicle interior
and you could be poisoned as a result.

The boot lid swings upwards. For this rea-
son, make sure that there is sufficient clearance
above the boot lid.

It is only possible to open the boot if it is
unlocked.
Opening manually
You can unlock the boot using the key and
then open it manually.

It is only possible to unlock the boot when
the vehicle is stationary.
