Install a PCIe riser without serial port
Procedure
Step 1.
Install the PCIe riser.
a.
Align the guide hole on the PCIe riser to the guide post on system board, and insert the PCIe
riser into the PCIe slots on system board.
b.
Fasten the thumbscrew to secure the PCIe riser.

Procedure
Step 1.
If PCIe riser 2 is installed, remove it. See "Remove a PCIe riser" on page 183.
