DRIVE PEDAL (10:F)

The pedal determines the gear ratio between the
engine and the drive wheels (= speed).
When the pedal is released, the service brake is
activated.
- Pushing the pedal forward, - the ma-
chine moves forward.
- When there is no load on the pedal -
the machine is stationary.
- Pushing the pedal back - the ma-
chine moves in reverse.
- By reducing the pressure on the pedal - the
machine brakes.
There is a plate on the top section of the pedal
which can be adjusted to suit the driver's foot.
If the machine does not brake as ex-
pected when the pedal is released, use
the left pedal (10: B) as an emergency
brake.

STEERING WHEEL (10:D)

The height of the steering wheel is infinitesimal
adjustable.
Unscrew the steering adjustment knob (10:E) to
raise or lower the steering wheel to the desired
ENGLISH
position. Tighten.
Do not adjust the steering wheel while
driving.
Never turn the steering wheel when the
machine is stationary with an attach-
ment lowered. There is a risk of abnor-
mal loads on the power steering and
steering components.

Control fully in (12:B2) - throttle open. For
hot starts and while driving.
When the engine is hot, do not pro-
ceed with the throttle closed.
Some models are equipped with a
system that automatically controls the
position of the choke in the carburet-
tor during engine start-up and warm-
ing-up.
6.8

IGNITION BLOCK (11:C, 12:C)

The ignition block is used to start and stop the
engine.
When leaving the driver's seat, do not
leave the key in position 2 or 3. There is
a risk of fire - fuel can enter the engine
through the carburettor - and the bat-
tery will deplete and be damaged.
The four key positions:
1. Stop position - the motor is short-circuit-
ed. The key can be removed.
2. On position
