i. Clear interrupt status bit(s) by writing to a one;
set the KPKR synchronizer chain,
clear the KPKD synchronizer chain.
j. Re-enable the appropriate keypad interrupt(s);
KDIE to detect a key hold condition, or
KRIE to detect a key release event.
