Operator Action
Press the C (clear/cancel) key to clear the message
(optional), verify the current Image Level and Image
Address, and, if necessary, alter the Image Level or
Image Address via the Level keys, Next key, or press
the Run key and rescan the T-Patch, 2-Patch or 3-
Patch. Note the documents that have been assigned
an Image Level of 0. The Image Address is
automatically set to the correct address, but verify the
Image Address and Image Level, and then rescan the
0 Level documents. If the operator does not have
access to the Image Header to determine which
documents were assigned an Image Level of 0, then
contact the system administrator to determine the last
image that was transferred to the host. If the error
message persists, contact the system administrator.
System Administrator Action
If required, view the Image Header and determine
which documents were assigned an Image Level of 0
and must be rescanned. Verify correct operation. If
the error message persists, call service.
