Operator Action
Press the C (clear/cancel) key to clear the message
(optional), verify that the bar code does actually have
more than 80 characters. If the bar code has more
than the maximum 80 characters the Bar Code
Reader must be disabled in order to scan the
document with the bar code (utilize function code F64
Omit Bar Code Reading On Next Document On/Off).
Note the documents that have been assigned an
Image Level of 0. The Image Address is automatically
set to the correct address, but verify the Image
Address and Image Level, and then rescan the 0
Level documents. If the operator does not have
access to the Image Header to determine which
documents were assigned an Image Level of 0, then
contact the system administrator to determine the last
image that was transferred to the host. If the error
message persists, contact the system administrator.
System Administrator Action
If required, view the Image Header and determine
which documents were assigned an Image Level of 0
and must be rescanned. Verify correct operation. If
the error message persists, call service.

defined maximum and minimum lengths and press
the C (clear/cancel) key to clear the error message
(optional) and then press the Run key to restart the
transport system. Note the documents that have been
assigned an Image Level of 0. The Image Address is
automatically set to the correct address, but verify the
Image Address and Image Level, and then rescan the
0 Level documents. If the operator does not have
access to the Image Header to determine which
documents were assigned an Image Level of 0, then
contact the system administrator to determine the last
image that was transferred to the host. If the error
message persists, contact the system administrator.
