General Media Loading Guidelines

Follow these guidelines when loading paper and media in the appropriate trays:
Do not print on label sheets that have labels removed.
Use only paper envelopes. Print envelopes 1-sided only.
Do not overload the paper trays.
Adjust the paper guides to fit the paper size.
Make sure the correct paper type is selected on the printer's touch screen after loading paper in a tray.
