• Remove the inner rod/damper rod (cartridge) 8.
$
Do not disassemble the inner rod/damper rod (car-
tridge).
• Extract the outer tube from the inner tube.
NOTE:
Be careful not to damage the "ANTI-FRICTION" metals.
• Remove the dust seal 9 and oil seal stopper ring 0.
• Remove the oil seal with the special tool.
% 09913-50121: Oil seal remover
$
The removed oil seal must be replaced with a new one.
• Remove the oil seal retainer A.
