Remove Lower Dispense Block and Clean
Remove Mixer Elements and Clean
Check Shot Meter Packings. Tighten if necessary.
Check Supply System Packings. Tighten if necessary.
Drain any water from filter in main airline.
When using Throat Seal Lubricant (TSL)
the lubricant should be maintained at an
adequate level in the supply pump packing
reservoir. TSL lubricant prevents material from
sticking to the pump rods, and extends packing life.
Remove pressure on the system during machine service
and repair. See the Pressure Relief procedure in this
manual.
