See Fig. 21
See the Pneumatic Dispense Valve Control
section of this manual for detailed information on
features. Supply pump pressures must be set prior
to performing a Ratio Check. See Table 1
Manual Ratio Valve
Refer to Fig. 27
1. Remove Outlet Mix Block and Mixer before
priming system. Install Manual Ratio

2. From Dispense Valve Control select A Feed
Auto. Select B Feed Auto. Select
Dispense Point Ratio.
3. Place containers under A and B ratio valves.
Note: Record the empty container weight for
each component (tare weight). Container
size should be a minimum of 1 liter.
4. Turn Dispense switch to the ON position.
A1 and B1 Supply Rams will begin to pump.
Turn Dispense switch to the Off position
after approximately 10 seconds. Weigh A
and B containers for the gross weight.
Calculate the net weight for each material.
The formula is Gross-Tare= Net.
5.
Calculate the Weight Ratio A/B = Net weight
of A in grams / Net weight of B in grams.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 at least 5 times recording
the weight ratios. If the system is Off Ratio
proceed to the Troubleshooting section of
this manual.
