Calibrate Shot Meter Volume
This feature is not required for correct machine
operation. It is used to adjust for the difference
between a measured weight sample and the
calculated volume. Material specific gravity must be
entered for this feature to work properly. See
Dispense Setup Screen. Perform the Ratio Check
procedure located in this manual. Press the
Calibrate Shot Button. The Shot Meter K Factors
will change automatically. The K factor range
should be .9 – 1.1. If the values are different repeat
the calibration process. The default value is 1.0.
Calculated Flow Rate CC/Sec
This information is used to calculate the flow rate of
the system using the linear transducer. The flow
rate is displayed on the Run Mode screen when the
Ratio Monitor is not included. If Ratio Monitoring is
installed the flow rate is shown on the Ratio Window.

Shot Meter Volume Ratio
This is factor set before shipment. Adjustment is
only necessary if the volume ratio is changed.

USB drive when installed on the machine. See the
Data Log section of this manual.
