Pneumatic Dispense Valve Control

Pneumatic Dispense Valve Control includes
an all Pneumatic Control Box. This control option is
for the operation of the Automatic Dispense Valves
and Ratio Valves. See Fig. 26 The Pneumatic
Dispense Valve Control can be used with or without
the Pneumatic Performance Monitor. See product
configurator code C. Pneumatic Dispense Valve
Control is 1 of 4 control choices.
Dispense Off/On
Dispense On will pilot A and B Supply Air Motors
and Open the Dispense Valves or Ratio Valves.
Material will pump until Dispense Off is selected.
Dispense Point Ratio/Off/Mix
Switch determines location of flow when Dispense
Switch is in the "On" position. Note the Ratio
position is not active unless Automatic Ratio Valves
are provided.
A Feed Pump Auto/On
A Feed Pump Auto will pilot the A Feed Supply
pump when the Dispense Switch is in the "On"

position.
A Feed Pump On will pilot the A Feed Supply pump
manually. This mode is only recommended during
setup, priming the pump, and base purging the
mixer (if equipped).
B Feed Pump Auto/On
B Feed Pump Auto will pilot the B Feed Supply
pump when the Dispense Switch is in the "On"
position.
B Feed Pump On will pilot the B Feed Supply pump
manually. This mode is only recommended during
setup and pump priming.
