Pressure Relief Procedure
All pneumatic machines Refer to
Fig. 21 and Fig. 29
1. Close Supply air pressure valve.
2. Supply Ram Integrated Air Controls:
Close the air motor slider valves (BF) and
the main air slider valves (BA) on both
Supply Pumps. Refer to Fig. 24
3. Set the ram director valve to DOWN. The
ram will slowly drop.
4. Jog the director valve up and down to bleed
air from ram cylinders.
5. At each Supply Pump open the fluid line
drain valve and the pump bleeder valve.
Have a container ready to catch the
drainage.
Automatic Ratio Valve
Refer to Fig. 26
6. Locate containers under A and B Ratio
Valves. From the Dispense Valve Control
select Dispense Point Ratio. Turn Dispense
switch to ON. Leave the Ratio valves open
until all gauges on the Metering pump read
zero pressure. Select Dispense Switch Off.
Manual Ratio Valve
Refer to Fig. 27
6. Locate container under mixer. From the
Dispense Valve Control select Dispense
point Mix. Turn Dispense switch to ON.
Leave Dispense valve open until all gauges
on the Metering pump read zero pressure.
Select Dispense switch Off.

Manual Dispense Valve Control
Refer to Fig. 29
6. Locate container under mixer. Open Mixer
ON/OFF valve to relieve pressure in mixer.
Leave open until all gauges on the metering
pump read zero.
7. Depress manual override on 4-Way Valve
solenoid several times. This will shift 4-way
manually until pressure has been relieved.
If pressure remains on gauges repeat step
6.

Mixed material could be present in Lower
Dispense Block and Mixer. Remove Lower
Dispense block and clean mixer.
