Pressure Monitor Setup
Machines equipped with
Pneumatic Performance Monitor
Refer to Fig. 20
The DC12 equipped with the Pneumatic
Performance Monitor control package has a built in
pressure monitor available. Pressure Monitoring
allows the user to select a window of pressure the
system should be within during dispense. If
pressure conditions change outside the window then
the machine will sound an alarm and show an
indicator on the control panel. (See Pneumatic
Performance Monitor section in this manual for
more information.)

1. Follow all Priming and Ratio Check
procedures first. (See Priming and Ratio
Check procedures in this manual)
2. Follow all Operation procedures before
enabling Pressure Monitor. (See the
Operation section in this manual)
3. Verify Pressure Monitor switch is in the OFF
position on the Control Panel. Note:
Indicators for pressure may show ON until
pressure switches have been set.
4. Dispense material through mixer record A
and B outlet pressures. Stop dispensing and
Record A and B static pressures.
5. Remove A Low Pressure switch top cover.
Adjust pressure switch nut until A Low
Pressure Indicator turns on (yellow).
Continue to adjust pressure switch nut at
least ½ a turn below static pressure. Be
sure indicator is off (clear). Repeat for the B
Low Pressure Switch.
6. Remove A High Pressure switch top cover.
Dispense material and adjust pressure
switch nut until pressure indicator turns on
(yellow). Continue to adjust pressure switch
nut at least ½ turn above running pressure.
Be sure indicator is off (clear). Repeat for
the B High Pressure switch.
