Operation
Machines equipped with

of this manual for detailed information on the HMI
screens.
1. From the Main Menu select Setup.
2. From the Setup Screen select Supply
Pumps.
3. Verify A and B supply pumps are in the Auto
Mode. Confirm A1, or A2 pump is selected
for use. Repeat for the B material. The
Supply Ready Icon will appear.
4. Select the Dispense Setup Screen.
5. Select the Dispense Mode Continuous, or
Shot. (See Dispense Setup Screen for
more information)
6. Select Dispense Valve Auto.
7. Select the Purge Timer Screen. Verify all
settings. (See Purge Timer Screen for
more information).
8. Select the Run Mode Screen.
9. Verify Supply pump pressures see Table 1
for recommended settings.
10. From the Pendant Station the Dispense
Ready Light will illuminate. Machine is
ready for a start signal. Refer to Fig. 28
11. Enable Pressure Monitor (See Pressure
Monitor Section of the manual).
12. Enable Ratio Monitor if equipped (See Ratio
Monitor Section of the manual).

13. Place a container under the static mixer.
14. Press the start button on the Pendant
Station to begin Dispensing. Dispense
several seconds to prime the mixer before
applying material to a product.
