1. From Dispense Valve Control select A Feed
Auto. Select B Feed Auto. Select Dispense
Point Mix.
2. Verify Supply pump pressures See Table 1
for recommended settings.
3. Place a container under Static Mixer.
4. Turn Dispense to the ON position. The
machine will begin to pump out of the mixer.
Dispense several seconds to prime the
mixer before applying material to a product.
5. Enable Pneumatic Performance Monitor if
equipped. (See Pneumatic Performance
Monitor section of the manual)
Machines equipped with Manual
Dispense Valve Control See Fig. 29
1. Verify Supply pump pressures see Table 1
for recommended settings.
2. Open A and B Material Shut off Valves.
3. Place a container under Static Mixer.
4. Open Manual Dispense Valve. The
machine will begin to pump out of the mixer.
Dispense several seconds to prime the
mixer before applying material to a product.
5. Enable Pneumatic Pressure Monitor if
equipped. (See Pneumatic Pressure
Monitor section of the manual)
