FRONT FORK OIL
• Pour specified front fork oil into the inner tube.
 Front fork oil capacity (each leg):
 99000-99001-SS8: SUZUKI FORK OIL SS-08
• Move the inner tube up and down several strokes until no
more bubbles come out from the fork oil.
• Keep the front fork vertically and wait 5 – 6 minutes.
• Hold the front fork vertically and adjust the fork oil level A by
using the special tool.
NOTE:
When adjusting the fork oil level, compress the inner tube fully
without the fork spring.
 Front fork oil level (without spring): 72 mm (2.8 in)

FRONT FORK SPRING
• Install the fork spring into the inner tube.
NOTE:
The smaller pitch end A of fork spring must face downward.
• Apply front fork oil to the O-ring and install it.

Use the new O-ring to prevent oil leakage.

• Temporarily tighten the front fork cap bolt.
