CLUTCH
• Install the thrust washer 1 and spacer 2.
• Apply engine oil to the inside and outside surfaces of the
spacer 2.
• Install the primary driven gear assembly 3 and thrust washer
4.
NOTE:
Be sure to engage the oil pump driven gear with the drive gear
and the primary driven gear with the drive gear.
• Install the clutch sleeve hub 5 and lock washer 6.

Replace the lock washer with a new one.
• Hold the clutch sleeve hub with the special tools and tighten
the clutch sleeve hub nut 7 to the specified torque.
 Clutch sleeve hub nut: 55 N·m (5.5 kgf-m, 40.0 lbf-ft)

• Bent the lock washer to secure the clutch sleeve hub nut.
• Install the spring washer seat 8 and spring washer 9 onto
the clutch sleeve hub correctly.
