CLUTCH RELEASE SCREW ADJUSTMENT
• Loosen the lock-nut 1, and turn in the release screw 2 to
feel resistance.
• From that position, turn out the release screw 2 1/4 turn, and
tighten the lock-nut 1 by holding the release screw 2.
CLUTCH COVER
• Install the dowel pins and gasket 1.

Replace the gasket with a new one.
Dowel pin length: 18 mm (0.71 in) .... 2 pcs.
• Install the clutch cover 2 and tighten the clutch cover bolts to
the specified torque.
 Clutch cover bolt: 11 N·m (1.1 kgf-m, 8.0 lbf-ft)
STARTER IDLE GEAR
• Install the starter idle gear 1 and starter idle gear shaft 2.
GENERATOR COVER
• Install the dowel pins and gasket 1.

Replace the gasket with a new one.
