6. TEST OPERATIONS (TEST MODE)

Velocity loop gain check execution request
(a) To execute the loop gain check, press the following keys:
[VI

[CRI
In response to the key operation above, the velocity loop gain
check is executed.
(b) Pressing the
[ J.] key when the Velocity Loop Gain Check
screen for Axis 1 is displayed changes the display to the
Position Loop Gain Check screen for
Axis 1. Similarly,
the
loop gain check is executed for each axis (first 'velocity loop
gain' then 'position loop
gain') each time the
[ J.] key is
pressed.

Velocity loop gain check execution
(a) Execute the velocity loop gain check
by pressing the [F]/[R]
and [CR] keys.

The motor rotates in the forward direction (addresses in-
creasing) to check the set velocity loop gain.

The motor rotates in
the reverse direction (addresses
decreasing) to check the set velocity loop gain.
(b) When the motor stops, the display changes
to the Velocity
Loop Gain Check Result screen and the detected overshoot
amount and setting time are displayed.

Velocity loop gain change
(a) To change the velocity loop gain setting after executing the
velocity loop gain check, follow the steps below.
1) Display the Velocity Loop Gain Check screen.
Press [BS] and [-] keys while the Velocity Loop Gain
Check Result screen is displayed. The display changes
to
the Velocity Loop Gain Check screen.
