Diagnosing the Servo
Servo diagnosis operation checks whether the setting for the 'velocity
loop gain' and 'position loop gain' parameters is adequate for the load
driven by the motor.
Velocity loop gain check
This function checks the responsiveness and stability
of the
motor in response to an A73CPU command input based on the
response time (setting time) and overshoot amount.
Position loop gain check
This function checks
the responsiveness and stability
of
the
motor in response
to an 73CPU command input based on the
response time (setting time), undershoot, and the number
of
accumulated pulses in the error counter (oscillation width).
