9. SETTING LIMIT SWITCH OUTPUT DATA
/MELSEC
[Miscellaneous Function Operation]
(1) Deleting point addresses
(a) Press the [DEL] key and the following message is displayed.
[CR]
EXECUTE
[ESC]
ESCAPE
1)
The point address next to the cursor is deleted when the
[CR] key is pressed.
2) After that, the cursor moves the next point address setting
column; deletion
of the next point address can
be ex-
ecuted by pressing the [CR] key.
3)
Pressing the [CR] key when the cursor is located on the
tenth point returns the cursor to the first point.
4)
Use an [Arrow] key to move the cursor to the required
point.
5 )
Press the [ESC]
key to exit the point address deletion
function; point address setting is now possible.
6)
To delete a point address while setting the limit switch
ON/OFF pattern, change the function to point address
setting first by pressing the [F8] key. After that press the
[DEL] key and follow steps

above.
