WARNING:
This vehicle is equipped with Supplemental Inflatable Restraint Air Bag System. Service on or
around Air Bag System Components or Wiring must be performed only by an authorized
Suzuki dealer. Please observe all the warnings described in "On Vehicle Service section", the
Air Bag System Component and Wiring Location View in the service manual mentioned in
FOREWORD of this manual before performing service on or around Air Bag System Compo-
nents or Wiring. Failure to follow WARNING could result in unintended air bag deployment or
could render the air bag inoperative. Either of these two conditions may result in severe injury.
· When performing a work that produces a heat exceeding 80˚C in
the vicinity of the electrical parts, remove the heat sensitive elec-
trical part(s) beforehand.
· Use care not to expose connectors and electrical parts to water
which will be a cause of a trouble.
· When using a tester for checking continuity or measuring voltage,
be sure to insert the tester probe from the wire harness side.
