4A-2 FRONT DRIVE SHAFT
COMPONENT
A constant velocity ball joint is used on the wheel side of front drive shaft and a constant velocity double offset
joint (DOJ) on the differential side. The drive shaft can slide through the double offset joint in the extension/contrac-
tion direction.

1. Differential side joint:
Black grease
(No label tube in spare part) 60 – 80g
2. Boot
3. Snap ring
4. Band
5. Cage
6. Circlip
7. Wheel side joint:
Yellow grease
(NTG2218 label tube in spare part) 60 – 80g
