WARNING:
The user must strictly observe all warnings, cautions,
notes and safety markings within this document and on the
product.
WARNING:
Safety is only guaranteed when AGFA trained and
qualified personnel has installed the digitizer.
WARNING:
All Agfa medical products must be used by Agfa
trained and qualified personnel.
WARNING:
The user is responsible for judging image quality and
controlling environmental conditions for diagnostic softcopy or
print viewing.
WARNING:
The user must be aware that any error (crash / lock
up) leading to an image processing failure can cause loss of
diagnostic information.
WARNING:
This device is intended for use by health care
professionals only. This device may cause radio interference or
may disrupt the operation of nearby equipment. It may be
necessary to take mitigation measures, such as re-orienting or
relocating the digitizer or shielding the location.
WARNING:
The user must follow the hospital quality assurance
procedures for covering the risks resulting from errors in the
image processing.
WARNING:
To avoid risk of electric shock, this equipment must
only be connected to a supply mains with protective earth.
Caution:
Position the digitizer so that it is possible to disconnect the
mains power connection if required.
Caution:
The following actions may lead to serious risk of injury and
damage to the equipment as well as making the warranty void:
Changes, additions or maintenance to the Agfa products carried out
by persons without appropriate qualifications and certified train-
ing.
Using unapproved spare parts.
