4.5.5 Setting the rocker bolt

(1) - Gage
(2) - Rocker bolt
(3) - Face of the lower shaft
Proper setting
The rocker bolt (2) must be pushed up against the face (3) of the lower
shaft.
To set the rocker bolt:
1. Remove the grease cap (4).
2. Tighten the gage (1) for the rocker bolt on the throat plate support.
