High Resistance Source (HVR) Verification

To verify the High Resistance Source function:
1. Connect the high resistance source output to the input terminals of a
standard multimeter in 2-wire configuration as shown in Figure 8.

2. If not already on, push  on the Product.
3. Push the softkey labeled MODE until hvr shows above the right-most Product
softkey.
4. Set the multimeter for 2-wire ohms measurement and auto range.
5. Measure the High Resistance calibration performance at each resistance
point shown in Table 16. Deviations should not be greater than the specified
limits.
