Remedy
Check whether the parity bit, data bit length, baud
rate, stop bit length, and flow control settings of the
PC match the settings of the NT30/30C.
Use a noise-resistant cable if communication occurs
in an environment with high levels of noise.
Reconnect the cable.

Make sure the PC is able to communicate with the
NT30/30C.
Check the cable connection.
Check the allocated bit and word settings.
If there is a possibility of noise, separate cables
from the source of the noise, and insert noise filters
