Switching off cooling
Press switch 3 to OFF.
The indicator lamp in the switch goes
out.
Setting a low cooling level
Press the right-hand side of switch 1.
Setting a high cooling level
Press the left-hand side of switch 1.
Caring for the coolbox
If you are not using the coolbox for a long
period, you should switch it off, defrost it
and clean it. Then leave the lid open for a
while.
Removing the coolbox
You can remove the coolbox for mainte-
nance or to install the skibag
( page 368).

Switch off the coolbox ( page 382).
Disconnect plug 3.
Undo both screws 1.
Pull out the coolbox.
Close flap 2.
Fitting the coolbox
Fold flap 2 to the side until it is held in
place by the magnet.
Slide in the coolbox.
Tighten both screws 1.
Connect plug 3.

Risk of accident
Only use the mobile phone when road and
traffic conditions permit. If you are not mak-
ing the phone call in hands-free mode, stop
the vehicle in a suitable place if you wish to
make a phone call.
Mobile phones operated inside the vehicle
may interfere with the vehicle electronics
and thereby jeopardise the operational safe-
ty of the vehicle and therefore your own
safety if you operate the mobile phone:
without an exterior aerial
without a low-reflection exterior aerial
with an incorrectly-fitted exterior aerial
The excessive electromagnetic radiation
produced may constitute a health hazard to
yourself and others.
