1 Drum ground terminal is dirty, scratchy, deformed, or dam-
aged.
2 DB of IU is plugged with foreign matter
(such as paper dust).
3 Drum charge corona grid mesh and comb electrode are
dirty, scratchy, deformed, or damaged.
4 Post-fusing guide plate is dirty, scratchy, deformed, worn,
or damaged.
5 PH window of the PH unit is dirty, scratchy, or damaged.
