Sets or returns the Carrier ID Longitude, in the form dddaaamm.mmbbbD, where:
ddd=degrees Longitude,
aaa=fixed value "deg".
mm.mm=decimal minutes of the Longitude.
bbb=fixed value "min".
D=direction (E (East) or W (West)).
EXAMPLE: <0/LNG=111deg59.99minE (Longitude is 111º59.99΄E)

Sets or returns the Carrier ID Telephone Number (maximum length is 18 characters).
